An electric skillet is a nice kitchen helper. Many benefits to it, including that it controls the heat. I own this skillet in a vacation house. This skillet is the best I have ever seen or used. It is heavy, cooks well (you do have to get used to the heat levels), cleans like a dream, goes through the dishwasher perfectly.

This Skillet is really practical, not only does it maintain and even heat distribution, it can get really hot which is great for searing meats. I enjoy the convenience of using this to reheat foods, put on low setting for a few minutes -- no need to have to watch the pan. It is also a fine vegetable steamer. I just got it and have used it everyday since then!

This pan is quality of the first order. It replaces one that was top of the line from over twenty years ago that I thought still did a terrific job. No comparison, the oil layer in the pan holds the heat steady so the pan does not seem to be turning off and on all the time. Also the steam release in the lid keep that infernal sputtering all over the counter from happening as the lid doesn't jump around as steam is released. First time out fried chicken to perfection!!

I had been looking for an electric skillet and realized they are not easy to find anymore. This is a very beautiful stainless steel skillet, very heavy, cooks evenly and has exceeded my expectations. I especially like the fact that it does not have a teflon coating, another quality hard to find in an electric skillet. 5 star, would highly recommend!

The Precise Heat skillet has been a great addition to my kitchen. My family enjoys the oil free fried chicken, cooking is faster, and clean up is easy, my regular cooking time has been cut down while I gained good nutrition for my family.
